Our Sales Policy
Posted prices on kids are good for 4 weeks after
your kid is born. A $100 non-refundable deposit will hold your
choice of kid before birth. If your choice is not born we will
gladly refund your deposit, let you choose another available kid or
hold it over for the next kidding season. We do reserve the right to
retain any animal born on the farm for our herd replacements.
All animals must be paid in full before leaving
our farm. Any additional expenses including but not limited to
transportation costs, any additional health tests, CVI or kennel is
the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid in full before
animal is picked up or shipped.
If your animal turns out to not be reproductively
sound (buck or doe), we will gladly replace that animal. We do
require a statement from a certified vet stating the absence of
fertility before said replacement. All costs associated with
transportation of the replacement animal will be the responsibility
of the buyer.
